The Sport Working Group of the AStA of the University of Trier is responsible for offering students the opportunity to participate in competitions, tournaments and all other sporting events together with sports groups. It is particularly important for us to support sports at the university, the sports groups and all athletes financially to the extent that they are able to represent the university as well as possible.
HOW DO I GET FINANCIAL SUPPORT?
First of all, you have to submit an application to us. It is important that this at least is submitted two weeks before the event, so that we can check whether and to what extent we can support you in this regard. The following information must be included in the application:
- When does the event take place?
- Where and what kind of event is it?
- How many people want to participate?
- What are the preliminary costs (entry fee, etc….)
In addition to the financial support (currently only in exceptional cases) our old AK-Sport Bus (a nine-seater) is also at your disposal.
