The AK Sport is a permanently established working group of the AStA responsible for promoting student sports. This includes organising its own events as well as providing financial support for students to participate in and host sporting events such as tournaments and championships.
Please note: AK Sport is responsible for promoting the participation in sporting events. We do not currently offer any sports courses. Questions about sports courses should therefore be directed to uniSPORT.
HOW DO I GET FINANCIAL SUPPORT?
The AK Sport supports students and student sports groups who want to take part in or organise sports events. Funding is based on the AStA’s funding guidelines. In order to receive financial support, you must first submit an application. To do this, send the completed application form by email to the AK Sport.
The information sheet on sports promotion and the application checklist will help you with your application. The travel expenses regulation applies. If you have any further questions, you can come to our office hours at any time or contact us by email.
In addition to the financial support our old AK-Sport Bus (a nine-seater) is also at your disposal (currently only in exceptional cases).
