Consultation hours:<\/strong> The rent includes… The AStA offers all renters the opportunity to use up to 300 AStA cups (0.33 litre, PP). These are available at no extra charge, but a 1 euro deposit will be taken for each lost cup. Simply indicate the desired number of cups when making your reservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Music equipment information: 3-pin XLR connection for standard mixing consoles and cinch inputs\/cables available. 3.5 jack connection, jack – USB C also possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Other equipment, such as projectors, lighting equipment or cables are rentable (see equipment hire appendix).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n The rental price for private use and for university groups is \u20ac350.00<\/strong>. This includes everything that is available in the house and the final cleaning. The cleaning service by the AStA can only be cancelled on request. The deposit is 350 euros and is paid in cash when the keys are handed over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n An claim to use the Studihaus only exists with a fully filled out and signed contract. In the case of Trier University staff, a decision will be made depending on the circumstances. The AStA finances the student house with student funds and can therefore keep the rent low. For events organised by student councils<\/strong>, the rental price is \u20ac150.00<\/strong> (excluding final cleaning). The final cleaning is optional and costs \u20ac150.00. For certain events (large freshman parties, theme parties, …) the student house administration can insist on a final cleaning by the AStA! The deposit is 300 euros and is paid in cash when the keys are handed over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\nREIMBURSEMENT OF RENTAL COSTS<\/h5>\n\n\n\n
The event
– was not commercially orientated,
– was a public event for students,
– has made a loss.
Procedure for the reimbursement of rental costs<\/strong>:
a) Write an informal, written application for reimbursement of rental costs.<\/strong>
b) Create a list of all costs and income and attach it to the application.
c) Send your application to astakomi@uni-trier.de.
